1. Introduction & Applicability

Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for everything that happens on your account — all transactions, bets, and activity. Hub4U will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account by another person. 3. Age Restriction & Verification

Hub4U strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to play or place bets on Hub4U. Any violation of this policy will result in permanent account termination.

Hub4U may request any one of the following documents at any time for age verification purposes:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (with photo)

4. Deposit Policy

Hub4U supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant — no delays, no hidden charges.

Deposit Terms:

• Deposits must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Hub4u is not liable for deposits made in the wrong amount or sent to the wrong account.
• Any deposit issues must be reported to support within 48 hours.
• Hub4u charges no fees for processing deposits.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Hub4U is committed to ensuring fast and reliable withdrawals. However, certain conditions apply to the withdrawal process.

Key withdrawal conditions:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while an active bonus is in place until its turnover requirement has been fulfilled.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Processing Time:

Hub4U reserves the right to decline a withdrawal if there is any suspicion of fraud or unusual activity. In such cases, the support team will inform you of the details.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hub4U offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is claimed.

General Bonus Policy:

• Turnover Requirement: Most bonuses require a specific turnover to be met. For example, a 5x turnover requirement means you must place ৳5,000 in bets for every ৳1,000 bonus received.
• Validity: Bonus validity is time-limited — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses: Multiple deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Cashback Bonus: Cashback carries no turnover requirement.

Welcome Bonus — Special Terms:

• The welcome bonus applies only once, on your first deposit.
• One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address.
• To claim the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on Hub4U.

General betting rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If your internet connection drops, any active bets will be safely retained on Hub4U's servers.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Hub4U will assess the situation and make a final decision.
• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is audited by an independent body.

Special rules for cricket betting:

• All bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or left incomplete.
• If a result is determined by the DLS method, that result will apply.
• Live betting odds change in real time — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

8. Fraud & Prohibited Activities

Hub4U is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hub4U.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Using coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonuses.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack, introduce viruses, or interfere with the platform through any other technical means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to harass or cause harm to other members.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Hub4u treats the protection of your personal data as its highest priority. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

• Registering with false information.
• Fraud or unethical conduct.

• Suspicion of money laundering.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.

12. Changes to Terms
